OUR COMMITMENT TO STRENGTHENING CAPACITY

At Mudra Myay, we take pride in fostering supportive work environments that prioritise work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate our team members' needs. Additionally, we wholeheartedly uplift our farmers by assisting them in adopting Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures, facilitating their journey to certification. We uphold fair trade principles and ensure the financial stability of small-scale farmers by providing upfront payments.

Beyond purchasing their tea and spices, we celebrate the unique lifestyle, culture, and geographical locations of our partner farmers. Our aim is to not only provide a market for their products but also contribute to the growth of local tourism in their regions.

Mudra Myay, as a corporate entity, assumes a role that goes beyond simply marketing and promoting Myanmar's exceptional teas and spices through our Ahlu-Ama brand. We advocate for a collaborative approach to business. We are also dedicated to providing growth and development opportunities for our farmers and collectors.

We show our commitment by conducting different kinds of training to help our team. We always try to enhance our tea processing and strictly follow food safety rules. Additionally, we provide training on topics like gender awareness, leadership, and environmental consciousness. Furthermore, we actively promote gender equality by encouraging women to take on managerial and financial roles within our organisation.

At Mudra Myay, we are committed to promoting Myanmar tea, cultivating a sustainable future for farmers, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of our nation.
